5 Day Water Fast | Before and After + My Experience

I just completed a 5-day water fast in order to purge my body and test my mental limits. In this video, I show you the full daily experience of fasting, share the health benefits, explain why fasting is important to me, and of course, reveal the end changes to my body. I started this fast at 129 lbs and five days later ended at 120.7 lbs. More importantly, I feel lighter and sharper mentally.
